2:00 – 3:15pm Kundalini Yoga with Kim
The glands are frequently referred to as the “guardians of our health.” We will practice pranayama (breathing exercises), kriya (postures) to support thyroid health, gong bath and meditation. Kundalini Yoga emphasizes awareness of the glandular system and teaches how to maintain its optimum health. (All levels welcome).

3:30 – 5:00pm Food with Csilla
