The Bar Method changes peoples’ lives from the outside in. It is a safe, fun, hour-long workout made up of isometric exercises that strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, followed by intervals of stretching to elongate, lengthen and align the body. It gives students beautiful, sculpted bodies while instilling confidence and a love of life.
