On Sunday, August 13, the New Jersey Workshop for the Arts Music Studio in Westfield NJ will present a one day workshop on the Alexander Technique, an educational body-mind method that addresses how one uses himself in movement while performing in daily life and activities. He is a member of the faculty at NJWA and the Philadelphia School for the Alexander Technique, and a practitioner at the department of Integrative Medicine of the V.A. Hospital, East Orange, NJ.
