The Town Administrator presides over the municipality's executive, operational, and administrative business matters, including development and oversight of the operating and capital budgets, personnel administration, public information, supervising the functions of all departments, boards, officials and employees of the Town, and implementing policy established by the Town Council.

The Public Information Office is responsible for keeping residents apprised of all current municipal initiatives and serving as the media liaison on behalf of the Town. The main channels of information distribution include social media, press outreach, email newsletters and notifications, and mailings as needed.
