Can I obtain a Westfield Police Department uniform shoulder patch?

The Westfield Police Department receives an overwhelming number of requests from civilian collectors of police department uniform shoulder patches.  While it is the general policy of the Westfield Police Department not to release current-issue uniform shoulder patches, or any other current-issue uniform insignia or apparel, for non-official purposes, special requests will be considered and may be forwarded to:
