The Town will hold its Annual Reorganization Meeting, at 6:30 PM, in the Council Chambers as a virtual hybrid session. In an effort to minimize COVID exposure and slow the rate of transmission, the public is encouraged to view the meeting on Facebook Live. In-person attendance will be capped at 75 attendees, which is 50% of the room’s capacity, in order to allow for adequate social distancing. Attendance will be accepted up to this limit on a first come, first-served basis.

Public comment for those attending virtually will be accepted by phone at this meeting only by calling (908) 789-4060, ext. 4067 during the Public Comment period of the meeting, or may be emailed no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, January 3, to the Town Clerk at townclerk@westfieldnj.gov. Email comments must include the public member’s full name and address.  

Currently, this hybrid virtual session and process for public comment is being utilized only for the Reorganization Meeting of January 4, 2022. The Town will continue to monitor public health trends to determine the most appropriate format for public meetings going forward.
