June 2015, Westfield, NJ – Since opening a year ago, The Bar Method of Westfield has seen enormous success.  Located at 105 Elm Street on the second floor above The Children's Place, The Bar Method has not only beautiful studios with expert trainers, but a loyal clientele, and often praised by celebrities and Olympic champions.  Using body-sculpting exercises based on physical therapy, The Bar Method is an exercise technique that helps students develop beautiful, lean, toned and healthy bodies for life.  When attending a class, students receive personalized attention and hands-on adjustment to ensure safety and proper technique. This location houses two exercise studios, a retail area, and childcare during morning classes. The studio is open every day with 40 different classes to accommodate the schedules of all of their clients with easy to use on-line scheduling.

The Bar Method is a one-hour total body workout comprised of muscle strengthening and stretching techniques partially performed at the ballet barre, strategically choreographed and executed to music. The system is designed to create a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy, and the intense pace of interval training. The Bar Method workout is available in class format at studios across the United States and on DVD's. The Bar Method of Westfield, 105 Elm Street, 2nd floor, 908.-232-0746  or
