The first Fiamma Restaurant opened about five months ago on the corner of Main and Essex Street in Millburn. Owned by brothers Tony Fetajak, Charlie, and Sam Magjuni, and their friend Sam Bek, Fiamma was greeted with a rousing welcome from a host of visitors, who quite frankly, loved the taste of their delectable, wood-fired, Neapolitan Pizza. It was something new, and very well received by their busy clientele.
Not quite a month ago, the gentlemen brought their delicious Wood-Fired pizza to Quimby Street, Westfield, where they opened their second Fiamma. Surrounded by tables and chairs, the heart of their establishment is a fabulous wood-burning oven, where the temperature actually reaches 900 degrees.
