Boxwood Coffee Roastery is now open at 143 E. Broad St. (in the location formerly Panera). Boxwood Coffee is a family run coffee shop and roaster from Summit, NJ established in 2014 by husband and wife team Stephen and Erin Bellamy. They are thrilled to welcome you to their newest location. Stop in to try their delicious coffees and teas and also to see their beautifully designed space. There are tables and couches and lots of cool places to sit. You won't want to leave!

Farinolio, a Tuscan Bakery-Cafe, has opened at 121 E. Broad St. Owners Annette and Francesco offer Farinolio's guests simple Northern Italian fare with authentic ingredients. Flour, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses and meats come directly from carefully selected partners in Tuscany as well as from local farms and businesses in New Jersey. Join us in welcoming them and their Italian bakers to Westfield and stop in to taste their delicious artisanal food in their beautiful and sophisticated space! 908.325.2486.

McLaughlin, a classic family clothing retailer, will be opening their 136thstore soon at 44 Elm St. in the Westfield 'Flatiron' building that is being historically restored with grant assistance from the DWC Design Committee. J.McLaughlin is known for classic yet current styles, both traditional and innovative. They offer quality silks, sporty cottons and cashmeres alongside tongue-in-chic martini-glass embroidered Bermudas and other items in cheeky prints. 

Signature Realty will open at 236 Elmer St. at corner of North Ave. E. (near Jay's Cycle Center). The Planning Board approved their office plan in early December 2017 and construction is underway.  

Spirit Halloween will be opening a pop-up store at 177 E. Broad St. at the corner of Elm & E. Broad on an interim basis while Avalon Bay Communities continues their design work for the space.

Warby Parker, retailer of prescription glasses and sunglasses, based in New York City, is coming to 137 Central Ave. (in a portion of the space formerly occupied by Coldwater Creek). 

Warby Parker is based on the belief that buying glasses should be easy and fun. It should leave you happy and good-looking, with money in your pocket. They also believe that everyone has the right to see and they partner with non-profits to ensure that for every pair of glasses sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need. 

Luxury Garage Sale Pop-Up will be open from August 15 thru September 15 at 76 Elm Street and will feature an amazing assortment of new, pre-owned and vintage designer pieces from Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and more at up to 90% off retail! A special opening party will be hosted at the pop-up Thursday, August 16 from 6-8pm.
